Karrie Warner – VP Operations

Karrie brings over 20 years of experience in Finance, Information Technology and Operations in brokerages and carrier environments. She has a vigorous customer experience focus and ensures our application fits within existing industry workflows.

Mike Virgilio – National Sales Manager

Mike has over 20 years of experience in technical sales in the insurance industry, with nearly 19 of them at Applied Systems. His broker-centric approach combined with his commitment to long term relationships ensures that he brings the right solutions to the right broker. Dave Pusch – Chief Technology Officer

David has over 15 years of experience as a senior developer and project team lead. David’s wide range of experiences and management of complex applications are a tremendous asset to ClearPay and its customers.

David Galloway

David is the former President and CEO of Torstar Corporation and past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Montreal. Mr. Galloway holds a B.A (Hons.) in political science and economics from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Neil Morrison

Neil brings with him over 23 years of leadership in the Insurance Industry. Neil is past chair of the Insurance Institute of Canada and holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Queens University.

Philip MacDonnell

Phil brings experience in capital markets, through his involvement with a brokerage house, and experience as an advisor to a number of Canadian companies. He holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Accountant.
